Virtual Pilates classes are a great way to add mindful movement and other forms of exercise to your overall health and wellbeing. We offer an extensive schedule online for various levels. The pandemic has caused some challenges and disruptions this past year to our fitness routines opening the door for virtual Pilates to deliver meaningful ways for people to connect, de-stress and move mindfully.

We have several ways you can join us online:

  • Sign up for a weekly class
  • Sign up for all of our classes for one low price
  • Take private mat or Reformer classes – these sessions can incorporate small equipment that you have at home
  • Continue your recovery with Rehab Pilates in the comfort of your own home guided by your health care professional.

Our instructors have over 65 years of combined experience in teaching Pilates. Our focus on continuing education allows us to provide our clients with incredible variety and modifications, making Pilates safe and beneficial for everyone!
